Refund & Return Policy

At Fit-ology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene-related fitness products (e.g., resistance bands worn on skin, yoga mats used, supplements if applicable)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
